Ecosystem Design Thinking 

Climateers have developed a collaborative problem solving and innovation process based on the Stanford Design Thinking Process to help you unlock the wisdom of the crowd.

Our enhancement is that we add a big dose of Stakeholder Ecosystem to it.

We identify the internal and external stakeholders who are connected to issues and facilitate processes to deliver ‘outside the box’ solutions that are co-created with your internal and external teams.

This results in generating ideas, effective prioritisation and creating the buy-in to ensure action and implementation deliver optimum outcomes.

Workshops, Action Summits and A.I. fuelled Discussion Forums

The heart of our Ecosystem Design Thinking process is the way we facilitate the  ‘Define and Ideate’ phases at our live workshops, Action Summits and online facilitated discussion forums.

In partnership with Mindhive.ai,  as their Strategic Partnerships Lead – Sustainability & Climate, we work directly with companies and with other Sustainability Consultants to accelerate collaborative innovation.
